Miller and Cornell, Inc. was established in 1892 as a real estate and insurance company. They were still in operation as a full-service independent insurance agency as of 2011.
This collection is comprised of real estate and estate records of the firm Miller and Cornell, Inc., created from 1859 to 1980. These records include settlement agreements, mortgage documents, title transfers, lease agreements, as well as related correspondence. Along with the real estate records there are estate records from the firm's dealings as estate executors. The collection is arranged chronologically and there is an index of file cards which are in alphabetical order.
